At The Standard, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • unworn

    • unwashed

    • free of odors, stains, makeup, or pet hair

    • with original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimates

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

  • Beauty/skincare products

  • Seasonal/holiday items

Include:

  • your order number

  • full name

  • item(s) being returned

Once approved, store credit will be issued via email after your return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
